A method to increase your jumping power, speed and spiking power through a combination of exercises in the power room and on the field, all in function of an optimal transfer to beach volleyball..

For players in need of inspiration in the (home) gym and coaches who would like to have more success in guiding the physical efforts of their athletes.

This Maserclass is offered for free to coaches within a (Volley Vlaanderen) coaching license.
